Like any group, this group has a few important rules.  The most important rule of this group is to follow by the golden rule. You will not believe how many times I have seen other group members exclude others in harmful ways, and we DO NOT stand by such ways. If you cannot follow this rule, you will not be a member of this group! Art must go into the correct folders. Art that is requested into the wrong folder WILL NOT be accepted in the group, until submitted into the correct one at the most. Ask the admins if you have any questions. Contest results are looked over by at least two admins that did not enter the contest themselves (YES, the founder of this group does allow a certain number of admins to enter a contest, but she does not enter them, herself.)  The founder may not have any points to give out for contest winners, therefore, people who have placed high results (Number One, or Two) may not get points from her (And depending on the other Admins who are helping, possibly none from them either) but she will find something, so do not get upset!So, those are just some basic rules. Everybody should keep in mind that the founder is also an RP account. The actual person had to delete her previous account, but could keep her other. Long story. Really, any art is aloud in this group. We can't think of any art that wouldn't be acceptable. You can place yaoi, OC characters, other parings, stories, really anything, even if the founder or admins do not like it. For example, founder-Chan may not like PruHun ((I really don't :I,)) but it would still be excepted. We really are serious about putting art into the correct folders. If you submit art in the wrong folder more than three times without consulting a admin or founder-Chan, we will not even bother to over look your art. Sorry, but it does get annoying. We really appreciate you sharing your art with us! All Hetalia work is appreciated here! You can even most MMD things if you'd like! We also have a strict policy about plagiarizing, or copying art work, without the original owners permission. Please, if you want to draw something that doesn't belong to you, before you start drawing it, you may want to ask the original creators permission. Most may say yes. There happy you like it. But not asking permission for somebody's art can get you into serious trouble here on Deviant art. Please read there form for more details on this subject of matter, and if you do use somebody's art with there permission, BE SURE TO CREDIT THEM! We also ask that if you have what Deviant art may consider "mature/adult" content -that includes stories at well as art-, that you mark that down! You wouldn't want your art flagged! If you are concerned about if your art dose have mature content in it, but don't know what would be considered mature, than read Deviant art's form, or even there FAQ's. They have great information! Also, we stress not to put anything in the featured folder. That's for contest! Why can't I submit my art to the featured? A. That is because I, the founder, only want the featured tab to be used for winners of the contest. If you want to submit something, then submit it in the folder corresponding to what your art is. Q. Why was my art work/writing rejected? A. That would probably be for many reasons. One could be that it may not even have to deal with Hetalia. The other could be because it was suggested into the wrong folder. I hate that. |
